Kent Saheli Group is delighted to present our much awaited annual Teeyan celebration, bringing together women, families, and communities from across Kent for an afternoon of culture, music, dance, and togetherness.

Teeyan is a traditional Punjabi celebration that honours womanhood, community spirit, and the joy of coming together through music, gidda, and cultural expression. Over the years, the Kent Saheli Group Teeyan event has become a cherished annual gathering within the local community, creating a welcoming space where traditions can be celebrated and shared across generations.

This year’s event will include traditional gidda performances, a live DJ set, Punjabi food, jewellery and clothing stalls, and a vibrant atmosphere celebrating Punjabi heritage and culture.
